Perry Hall Middle School Sports
Participation Requirements
- Must have a 2.0 GPA on the report card prior to the season and during the season of the sport
(5th graders’ report cards don’t count for September sports).
- The 1st quarter middle school report card will be used.
- Must have a sports physical stating cleared for sports (good for one year).
- Good citizenship/behavior is a requirement.
- All paperwork and forms must be completed before a student tries out for a sport.
- Must have proof of health insurance.
