- Cohort A attends school in person on Mondays and Tuesdays and virtually Thursdays and Fridays.
- Cohort B attends school on Thursdays and Friday and virtually Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Cohort C is all virtual
**Wednesdays will remain asynchronous unless there is a scheduled day closed that week, then it will be used as a live instructional day.**
Cohort Information for students is available on the Focus Portal under the alerts on the student portal page. Students should visit https://baltimore.focusschoolsoftware.com/ and log in using the grey Microsoft button and their BCPS sign-in credentials.
Information regarding the schedule and bus stops and times will be shared with families closer to the first day of reentry.
Our staff is working to prepare the school building for student arrival. Due to COVID restrictions that are in place, changes to a student’s placement will follow the following protocols:
- Students assigned to virtual learning can elect to change to in-person hybrid learning. Beginning on Monday, March 13, to request a change, parents must fill out a weekly survey which will be posted on our school website. Once the request is submitted, the student’s teachers will be notified, and classroom preparations made. Upon receipt of confirmation from us, your child can begin to attend school in-person on their originally assigned cohort day according to the chart below.
